Please join me for my next "FeetUp Yoga" class on the first Friday of each month. Class will be held inside at Flip Tease in Atascadero unless the weather is nice and we can be outside, on the grass, at the Lake Park. I will be instructing an all levels one-hour class @ 6:30pm. Students will need a yoga mat and a trainer. For more specific details, including how to rent or purchase a trainer, please contact me directly.​
